Patterns of Change Wellness Retreats
The retreat allows the space to comfortably and safely experience cutting-edge techniques in awareness, self observation and mindful action patterns.
The Move & Change Concept, a process oriented approach, allows for each organization or group to design their own goals and steps towards wellness management and habit change. This mindful work occurs within an educational, discussion and experiential format.
Activities are designed to practice daily intentions (practical and spiritual), movement expression, rhythms and sound, all leading toward practical application in your day-to-day life.
Groups find these retreats joyful, uplifting, insightful and progressive in taking a leap forward in health and well-being.
We work from the inside-out and the outside-in.
Women’s groups, teams for staff development, book clubs, fitness classes, spas, non-profit and for-profit organizations, teachers, nurses, alternative therapists, mental health professionals, etc. have all had success with the Move & Change System Retreats.
